Medications taken orally or through intravenous injection cannot always penetrate to the targeted areas. Therefore, the direct injection of active substances into problem areas is much more effective. Mesotherapy is applied by injecting active ingredients into the skin with short and fine needles.

Mesotherapy is used for different treatments, and each application area has its own specific components.

For example, in cellulite mesotherapy for regional slimming, lipolytic (fat-burning) agents, circulation regulators, and anti-cellulite drugs are used. In facial mesotherapy, on the other hand, a cocktail rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish the skin and stimulate collagen production in the underlying tissue is applied.

The micro-injection method delivers the substances 1mm to 5mm deep into the skin at intervals of about one centimeter.

Cellulite Mesotherapy

It is used for regional slimming and cellulite treatment in areas prone to fat accumulation such as the waist, hips, abdomen, thighs, shoulders, and arms. The intensity and combination of medications vary depending on the patient. The cellulite cocktail may include: Caffeine, Procaine, L-carnitine, Aminophylline, Lidocaine, Conjonctyl, Buflomedil, Pentoxifylline, and Esberiven. The treatment is applied in 5–15 sessions depending on the patient’s condition. During the treatment, reducing fatty and fried foods, salt, alcohol, solid fats, caffeine, and smoking is recommended. Increasing water intake to 3 liters per day, along with sports such as walking and swimming, enhances the effectiveness of the treatment. It must be remembered that mesotherapy is not a weight loss method. It is more effective for slimming when combined with an appropriate diet.

What is Facial Mesotherapy (Mesolifting)?

Mesolifting involves injecting a cocktail serum into the skin via micro-injections to promote cell renewal and the formation of new fibers. This cocktail increases skin elasticity, boosts hydration and moisture retention in the skin (face and neck), and results in a brighter, fresher appearance. Treatment sessions vary depending on the individual but are typically 3–4 sessions in the first month, then once every 15 days in the following month, and finally once a month as maintenance therapy. You can observe radiant skin from the very first session, followed by tighter, more luminous, and healthier-looking skin.

What is Hair Mesotherapy?

Losing 50–100 hairs per day is normal. However, excessive hair loss can be treated and controlled with hair mesotherapy. Results are both satisfying and long-lasting. By injecting into the dermis, cellular metabolism is stimulated, and tissues are revitalized. Sessions vary by individual, but generally consist of 3–4 sessions in the first month, once every 15 days in the second month, and once a month as maintenance therapy.
